The hotel was a splendid blend of modern decor and historic charm, making me feel like I was stepping into a lovely painting. The gardens were wonderfully tended, perfect for leisurely strolls, and easily navigable for seniors.
A wider selection of local produce would be great.

Perfect blend of comfort and tranquility
My family and I had a fantastic stay, enjoying a spacious room with a cozy kitchenette that made it easy to prepare our meals. The self-served breakfast provided us with an abundance of quality ingredients, including fresh fruits and pastries, allowing us to dine at our own pace. The serene atmosphere and beautiful gardens offered a perfect setting for relaxation after our day trips. I did wish for a wider selection of local produce during breakfast, but overall, the experience was lovely.

Perfect for a Family Retreat
Let me tell ya, Doug, the owner, was kind. Arranged my rooms close to my family, made it all smooth. We got a self-catering breakfast that was perfect for our busy mornings. Fresh fruit, cereals, all laid out nicely for us to eat at our own pace. It was like a freedom we didn’t know we needed.
Now don’t get me wrong, it wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.

The self-catering breakfast was a dream—think fresh fruit, scrumptious scrambled eggs, and a selection that had us feasting like kings! Plus, the comfy was a perfect spot for après-pub chillin'.
If I had to nitpick, a wider selection of local produce would have been a cherry on top, but really, it didn’t dampen the shine of an already blissful stay.

The narrow access road is a nightmare for drivers!!! A lack of clarity around additional costs creates unnecessary confusion!!!
